Zion's Elite runs after-school activity programs. This page explains what information we collect from families and what we do with it.
To run our programs and to keep your child safe: enrolling them in classes, taking attendance, releasing them to the right person, responding correctly in an emergency, and billing you accurately.
Only Zion's Elite staff who need it to do their job. Parents see their own family only. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or give it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
We email you about your own account and enrolments, such as invoices, class changes and password resets. We do not send marketing email.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.
Information is sent over an encrypted connection and passwords are stored scrambled. We keep records for as long as we need them to run the program and to meet legal and tax requirements, then remove them.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about your family, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. Email us and we will help.
