These terms cover the use of the Zion's Elite website. By creating an account or enrolling a child, you agree to them.
Accounts are for parents and guardians, and for Zion's Elite staff. You must be the child's parent or legal guardian to enrol them. Keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.
Please keep your family's information up to date, especially allergies, medications and the list of people allowed to collect your child. Our staff act on what you have entered.
Fees, refunds and cancellations are set by the enrolment agreement for each program, which you see when you enrol. This website is how you enrol and pay; it does not change those terms.
Do not try to access other families' information, interfere with the website, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts used this way.
We work to keep the website running but cannot promise it will always be available. If you need something urgently, contact the program directly.
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Zion's Elite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do.
